Arayah Style
Hi, my name is Arayah Style. I am a Senior in high school. Something to know about who I am is that I'm courageous, energetic, observant, self-aware, and a risk-taker. I am also, the person who started the topic of Personality Disorder. By learning about this topic, I was very ambitious and wanted to raise awareness about personality disorders. By talking about people who might have personality disorders, the different terms for it, and how people can cope with it. Also, learning how it can affect people who are around you, and your mental health. Thank you and others for taking the time and interest to learn about Personality Disorders.
Shannon Wright
Hi, I am Shannon Wright. This year as a senior at VAAS, I’m working to better our world by helping to eliminate the stigma of mental health and provide important resources for those in need. This is a project that is close to my heart and I’m eager to see the positive impact it will make.
Last year as a junior, I was working to bring awareness to Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women in the US and Canada, which is also close to my heart but others really didn’t care to even listen. So I switched topics when I changed advisory classes to something more people care about.

Jahangir Tareen
Hi my name is Jahangir Tareen. I am a senior at Valley Academy of Arts and Sciences. I’m working to help people better understand personality disorder and acquire resources. Last year I had climate change as my signature project but the lack of interest in the project caused me to change groups.
Matthew Witlarge
My name is Matthew, a senior in high school known for my athleticism , courage, and outgoing personality. Last year, I lead a project on climate change, but found the topic too generic for my liking. This year, I discovered an interest in raising awareness about multiple personality disorder. The complications and many layers of multiple personality disorder that is overlooked by the public worried me. I am happy to be shedding light on this misunderstood condition.
